How we use information

• Check real-time availability for a participating auto-insurance call option.
• Match the availability request with the call you place and route it to an eligible participating insurance professional.
• Attribute calls, measure qualified outcomes, prevent fraud and abuse, and resolve quality or billing disputes.
• Operate, secure, improve, and comply with legal obligations.

How information is shared

We may share information with Marketcall and other call-tracking or routing providers, the participating insurance professional that may receive your call, advertising and analytics providers, hosting and security providers, professional advisers, and authorities when required by law. ServiceMatch Connect may be compensated for qualified calls.

Advertising measurement

We may use advertising and analytics technologies to measure visits and call outcomes. We do not intentionally send Social Security numbers, payment-card data, driver’s-license numbers, or sensitive insurance policy details to advertising platforms.

Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably needed for routing, attribution, reconciliation, dispute handling, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
