ServiceMatch Connect is an independent advertising and referral marketplace. We help consumers connect by phone with participating independent insurance professionals. We are not an insurance company, carrier, agency, broker, government agency, or government program.

Insurance services

ServiceMatch Connect does not underwrite, issue, bind, or service insurance policies and does not provide insurance, legal, tax, or financial advice. Insurance conversations are handled by participating licensed agents or agencies. Coverage, rates, discounts, underwriting, eligibility, and availability are determined by those professionals and carriers and vary by state.

How matching works

The details you submit are sent to a call-routing provider to check real-time availability. When a call option is available, you must call from the phone number used in the availability request. The displayed number may be time-limited and may route through a tracking provider before reaching a participating professional.

How we are paid

Participating buyers or providers may pay ServiceMatch Connect for qualified calls or advertising services. You do not pay ServiceMatch Connect to use the matching service. Our compensation may affect which participating professional receives a call, subject to service area, hours, eligibility, capacity, and routing rules.

Calls and recording

Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, fraud prevention, attribution, training, and compliance. If you do not want a call to be recorded or monitored, do not use the call service.

• No guarantee that a participating professional will be available.
• No guarantee of a quote, policy, price, saving, discount, approval, or outcome.
• No guarantee that every participating professional serves every state or ZIP code.
• Requesting availability or calling does not require you to purchase a policy.
